The concept is basically that we can offer remote clients (Editors) access to our Nexis servers where most projects are located. With this system, editors can edit from the comfort of their homes, offices or any place.

The advantage of this system is that it ensures high security standards and file protection. The connection to Óxido facilities is via a secure VPN. Our network is protected by a powerful Firewall. This connection makes it possible to access a server that provides a virtual station which performs all internal processing.

We have two available options for this service, all remote editors or a combination of local and remotes. The information security measures provided by Óxido guarantee the confidentiality and protection of the information of each project.

The main interactions in Óxido for the editorial area happen in a 400 square foot space. In this space we have a presentation room, two editing suites, an editorial coordination room, and two assistant editor suites. All of them are connected to a secure network and given access to Avid Nexis servers. We also have user authentication servers. All our facilities are protected by a central Firewall that protects our infrastructure. Users have controlled and restricted access to each area through access control, in addition to CCTV monitoring 24/7.
